Delores has been a member of United Friends Board of Directors since 2002. Her sister has lived at Lincoln Park Group Home (LPGH) since 2001. Delores has worked as a critical care nurse and clinical research nurse for many years. She and her husband raised 5 children and have 6 grandchildren. Her family has lived in West Seattle since 1985, just 4 miles north of LPGH. In her free time, Delores enjoys traveling with her husband and volunteering at their church.
Sandra Hiramatsu
Vice President
Sandra Hiramatsu joined the UFGH Board in 2013???. She worked in management at Group Health Cooperative and other non-profits as well as teaching. Michael, her brother, lived at Beverly Park Group Home for many years. He now resides at Lincoln Park Group Home where he continues to “enjoy the best of home, health, family, and community.” By serving on the Board, she hopes to help UFGH continue to offer cognitively impaired adults a great place to grow and thrive in a “family atmosphere.”
Mark Bailey
Treasurer
Mark Bailey has been a board member since 2014. His sister Carla lived happily at the Crown Hill group home for over 45 years until she passed away in 2024. Mark is an attorney with Karr Tuttle Campbell. He is grateful for the wonderful home, love and support that UFGH and its family of dedicated staff and other residents provided to Carla over the years.
Dianne Graham, MA, LMHC

Dianne Graham, MA, LMHC is a psychotherapist in private practice. As a lifelong resident of Seattle, she deeply values the community. She serves on the Board with hopes to contribute to the quality of life that residents and staff experience at United Friends Group Homes. She also enjoys life at home with her spouse and their ragdoll cat.

Janet Rice – “Janet is a retired lawyer. She volunteers her time with the board and with West Side Presbyterian Church.”
